The time has come for service pack 3 to be banished from my machine. Service pack 2 will be put in its place. Hopefully this will rid me of the Blue Screens of Death and restore reliablilty once again.

I must complement the DSA on their efficient procedure. After 5 mins of touch tone menus I was put though to an operator after a 5 second delay. The service was prompt and the woman at the other end had a nice voice. My theory test now no longer clashes with the maths exam next [...]
