Efficient

I must complement the DSA on their efficient procedure. After 5 mins of touch tone menus I was put though to an operator after a 5 second delay. The service was prompt and the woman at the other end had a nice voice.
My theory test now no longer clashes with the maths exam next Wednesday. :grin:
