Ebuyer have managed to piss me off once again. After paying extra for my laptop to be delivered on Saturday (yesterday). They have failed. I have written an email to them demanding they compensate me, which I dont think is unreasonable.
How come then do companies like Novatech manage to ship things on 3-5 day delivery and have them arrive the next day?
I’ve wasted my Saturday waiting around for it to arrive and have become stressed and irritated when I had the intention of relaxing. I now can’t do anything about it until Tuesday as Monday is a fucking Bank Holiday.
